Can I arrange a regular clean?
Yes. Tell us what you would like cleaned and we can discuss a repeat schedule. The most suitable frequency depends on your property, surroundings and preferences.
Do you offer one-off window cleaning?
Yes. A one-off clean is an option when your windows need a refresh, you are preparing a property for visitors or you do not need a recurring visit.
What affects the price?
The size of the property, number and type of windows, condition, access and cleaning frequency all affect the quote. Share a few details so we can price the work accurately.
Do you clean shops, offices and other business premises?
Yes. Our commercial window cleaning covers shops, offices and managed properties, as a regular arrangement or a one-off clean. Tell us about the premises, opening hours and access so we can plan the work around your business.
What happens during the clean?
Are frames and sills included?
Yes. Our residential window cleaning covers the glass, frames and sills. Please mention any stubborn staining or unusual materials when enquiring, as these may need separate assessment.
How are upstairs windows cleaned?
We use a purified-water pole system that reaches suitable windows up to four storeys high from the ground. Access, height and the layout of your property determine which method is appropriate, and we use traditional hand cleaning where it is the better option.
Why might the glass be left wet?
Purified water has minerals removed so it can dry naturally without the deposits found in ordinary tap water. There is normally no need to dry each pane by hand after a pure-water rinse.
Your property and access.
Do I need to be at home?
For exterior cleaning, this depends on access. We will agree arrangements with you in advance. Tell us about locked gates, pets or any areas that cannot be reached from outside.
Can you clean conservatory roofs?
We can discuss accessible roof panels as well as conservatory windows and frames as part of our conservatory cleaning. Let us know the roof material, size and condition so the work can be assessed and quoted.
Can I request interior window cleaning?
Please tell us if you need the inside of the windows cleaned. We will confirm whether this can be included and discuss access and the scope before agreeing the quote.
